| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一个GE Fanuc 90-30冗余PLC系统在火电厂CFB循环流化床锅炉炉膛安全监控系统和点火控制系统中的应用实例。CFB循环流化床锅炉与常规煤粉锅炉相比有很大区别，其安全保护侧重于燃料投运操作的正确顺序和联锁关系，对PLC硬件和软件有较高的技术要求。作者重点阐述了CFB锅炉炉膛安全监控系统的安全保护功能、PLC硬件配置、逻辑控制和软件编程。

| Abstract: | The paper presents the application instance of GE 90-30 redundant PLC in the hearth safety monitoring system and the firing-up control system of CFB boiler in thermal power plant. CFB boiler is quite different, compared with the traditional coal fines boiler and its safety protection is characterized with the correct sequence and interlock of fuel feeding operation, which makes higher technical demands of PLC hardware and software. The author expounds safety protection function, PLC hardware configuration, logic control and software programming of the hearth safety monitoring system of CFB Boiler. |
