摘    要:本文介绍了一种基于西门子PLC和MCGS组态软件的船舶主机集成化控制系统,文中详细叙述了PLC控制的主机遥控装置的系统结构、主要硬件电路以及MCGS和PLC的软件设计方法。应用西门子的专用仿真软件S7-PLCSIMV5.2对应用程序进行了仿真。研究结果表明,在主机遥控系统中采用PLC和MCGS的技术具有明显的优点,有着广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:In this papbr, the authors present an integrative control system of ship main engines based on Siemens PLC and MCGS configuration software. The authors further elaborate the system structure of the main engine remote control device controlled by PLC, the main hardware circuits, and the designing method of MCGS and PLC application software. Meantime, simulation of vari- ous programs is conducted by using Siemens specialized simulating software S7-PLCSIM V5.2. The research result indicates that the adoption of PLC and MCGS techniques in the remote control system of ship main engines is of distinct superiority in many respects, thus a wider application is in prospect.
