| 摘 要： | 本文主要讨论Honeywell公司HC900控制器在润叶机控制系统中的应用。结合润叶机的工艺需求和特点以及烟叶的性质，详细分析了烟叶的水份和温度控制方案，设计了润叶机控制系统。本系统已应用在云南某复烤厂，取得了较好的控制效果，降低了劳动强度，提高了经济效益。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly deals with the application of Honeywell HC900 controller in the control system of tobacco leaf moistening machine. With the consideration of technological requirements and characteristics of the tobacco leaf moistening machine, and the quality of tobacco leaf, the paper analyzes in detail the moisture control scheme and the temperature control scheme, and designs the control system of tobacco leaf moistening machine. This system has been applied in a redrying factory in Yunnan province, with good control effects achieves, laboring intensity reduced and economic benefits increased. |
