高速开关阀动态性能试验装置及其应用研究

高速开关具有制造成本低、动作速度快等优点，在液压气动位置伺服控制领域得到广泛应用。但其动作行程和时间都很短，对其进行动态特性的测试比较困难。该文提出一种通过测量其控制腔压力的瞬态过渡过程来估计开关特性的方案，并给出了试验系统必须满足的设计准则，对自行研制的某型号高速开关阀进行动态性能试验，给出了相关测试结果。

Test Apparatus for Dynamic Performance of High-speed on/off Valve

High speed switch valve has been applied to hydraulic pneumatic position servo system wildly because of its low cost and high-response features. However, it is difficult to measure its response time because of it short stroke and response time. A test scheme is put forward in this paper, which estimates the switch performance of valve by capturing the pressure transition of control chamber. Accordingly, a test stand is set up to test a high-speed switch valve and the experiment results are showed.
