| Abstract: | The working condition, material and fabrication process of the unit is introduced. The factors of the failure on tube-tubesheet joint of heat exchanger are analyzed. Entirely cleaning of outer surface of tube end and adopting of hydraulic expanding are effective to assure the quality of the tube-tubesheet joint of heat exchanger. |
