摘    要:通过分析影响小型PEMFC发电系统运行特性的各个关键因素,结合小型化、实用化的要求,探讨了一种简便、易于操作的控制方法。利用系统内部各热源的热交换结构设计、控制散热风扇转速来进行温度的调节;采用内、外增湿相结合的方案来实现电池堆内部的湿度管理;采用了两级减压、限流的操作压力与流速控制方案,以及定时排放的尾气控制方案。设计了以单片机为核心的控制电路及其软件,经测试收到了较为满意的控制效果。

Abstract:Through analyzing the key influencing factors of working performance of the low-power PEMFC generating system,and according to the demand of application and miniaturization,a sort of control method for the system operating was discussed from the point of view of simplification and easiness. The temperature of the system was maintained by designing the structure of heat exchanging in the system and adjusting rotate speed of DC fans. And humidity of the stack was managed by humidifying from both interior and exterior. The measures of two-grades decompressing the pressure of reacting gases and restricting the flow velocity were made. And exhaust was let intermittently. Then the control circuit with single chip microcomputer as heart and its software were designed. In the end experiments were made to test the effect of this control method, and the result was satisfying.
