摘    要:针对抽油机系统效率低、能源浪费严重及自动化程度低等问题.研制了新型变频调速智能控制装置。它可以对抽油机实现无级调冲次、改变上下冲程速比.还具有转矩跟踪控制及电机自保护等功能,实现抽油机节电、增产、增效的目的。现场试验证明.该装置具有节能效果好、自动化程度高、性能可靠、操作方便等特点。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems exiting in pumping unit such as low system efficiency, high power waste and low automatization, a new variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) intelligent controller for pumping unit is developed and produced. The function of stepless stroke adjusting to pumping unit, changing velocity ratio of up and down stroke, real-time controlling on torque and self-protection of the motor are all realized. The aim at saving power consumed in pumping unit, and increasing the yield and efficiency of a well are also reached. Onsite utilization proved the excellence of the new VVVF intelligent controller for pumping unit on power saving, high automatization, high reliability and easy operation etc.
