基于NX6.0的采煤机销轨轮故障诊断与研究

销轨轮是采煤机行走机构中的重要组成部件,行走机构是采煤机牵引部的执行机构,一旦出现问题将导致整个采煤机停止运行,因此对采煤机销轨轮故障诊断进行深入地分析具有十分重要的意义。利用NX6.0软件对采煤机行走机构进行动力学分析,为采煤机销轨轮的故障诊断及设计提供一定的理论依据。

Fault Diagnosis and Research on Pin Gear Based on NX6.0

The pin gear is one of the most important parts of the shearer haulage mechanism.Haulage mechanism is the actuator of traction department of the shearer.Once the problem the shearer will be stop running.So,having a fault diagnosis and research on pin gear will become more and more important.A research of haulage mechanism for dynamics simulation by NX6.0,offered a base of a theory for the optimal design and fault diagnosis of pin gear.
