| 摘 要： | 运用数理统计的知识,研究了水工结构可靠度功能函数正态分布在一个或者多个参数的统计特性未知情况下可靠指标的点估计值.同时对可靠指标点估计值的无偏性以及一致性进行了一定程度的探讨.并对可靠指标点估计值运用进行了研究,以便说明该方法对解决实际工程问题的可行性及有效性.

| Abstract: | The point estimation of reliability index has been studied in this paper with the help of mathematical statistics, when the function of hydraulic structure reliability is under normal distribution and there are one or more parameters whose statistical characteristics are unknown. At the same time, some researches on its unbi- assedness and uniformity have been done. It also studies the application of point estimation in order to illuminate its feasibility and validity in real engineering. At last, contrast is done between the method of point estimation and numerical dimension reduction, when both are used to solve the same problem. |
