基于PSD的转轴测量系统研究

摘    要:研制了一种基于PSD的激光三角法非接触式光电转轴测量系统。阐述了系统的工作原理和结构设计,进行了转速和偏心度的测量实验。结果表明,该系统能够在测量转速的同时,准确地得到转子的偏心度,理论分辨力可达14μm,测量相对误差均不大于5%。该系统具有结构简单、精度高、可靠性好等优点,可实现在线实时测量。

Abstract:A non-contact photoelectricity rotation axis measurement system based on PSD and laser triangulation was developed.This article introduced the principle and setup of the system.Some experiments were carried out to measure the rotational speed and the degree of eccentricity.The results showed that this system could measure accurately not only the rotational speed,but also the degree of eccentricity with theoretical resolution up to 14μm.The relative error was less than 5 percent.This system has advantages of compact structure,accurate detection,and high reliability,and can realize in-situ and real-time measurement.
