回转窑筒体中心线调整参数的优化

摘    要:分析了回转窑筒体中心线偏差产生的原因 ,指出筒体、轮带、托轮之间的几何尺寸、工作温度和托轮受力大小是影响回转窑筒体中心线偏差的主要因素 ,提出了回转窑筒体中心线偏差的计算公式 ,建立了调整回转窑筒体中心线偏差的优化模型 ,并通过计算机仿真进行了验证。

Abstract:Analyzed the cause of warp of central line of rotary kiln,geometrical size of cylinder,tyre and wheel carrier brackets of rotary kiln,working temperature and loads on wheel carrier brackets were considered as the main factors effecting on warp of central line of rotary kiln and the expressions to compute the warp were worked out;an optimized model for the adjusting to the central line of rotary kiln was proposed and was verified by computer simulation.
