| 摘 要： | 针对特种充气式蓄能器壳体的加工，分析了难切削金属材料薄壁零件的加工特点，提出了加工过程中工件的合理装夹方法，研究了选用合适的刀具材料、优化刀具几何参数及切削参数等措施对零件加工质量的影响。

| Abstract: | The process of cutting gas-loaded accumulator shell is improved and the machining quality of thin wall case made of difficult-to-cut materials is analyzed. The method of improving the quality of cutting thin wall case made of difficult-to-cut materials is introduced that is rational loading of thin wall case, to choose the material of cutting tool, optimizing the geometric parameter of cutting tool and cutting parameter. |
