TAS-15型脱砷催化剂的工业应用

摘    要:为了降低FCC 汽油中的硫含量和烯烃含量,并适当提高辛烷值,中国石油天然气股份有限公司青海格尔木炼油厂于2008年引进美国 CDTECH 公司的选择性加氢脱硫技术,其中以重金属钯为活性中心的加氢催化剂对催化汽油中的砷化物含量要求严格,进料砷含量的设计值应小于 20 μg·L-1。采用TAS-15型脱砷催化剂,工业应用结果表明, 在设计温度和压力下,TAS-15型脱砷催化剂的脱砷效果满足原料指标要求,且操作费用低,寿命长。

Abstract:In order to decrease the contents of sulfur and olefins and increase octane number of FCC gasoline,Qinghai Geermu Refinery of PetroChina introduced selective hydrodesulfurization technology of CDTECH Company of America in 2008.The hydrogenation catalyst with the metal palladium as the active centre had strict requirement for arsenic contents of FCC gasoline(arsenic content of the feedstock<20 μg·L-1.TAS 15 dearsenization catalyst produced by Northwest Research Institute of Chemical Industry was used for arsenic removal in the process.The results of commercial application showed that under the design temperature and pressure,TAS 15 catalyst with low operation cost and long service life could meet the dearsenization requirement for the feedstock.
