摘    要:针对安装于多层工业厂房中的动力机械,将机器,测力传感器及基础结构作为一个大系统,利用子系统耦合观点,研究了测试系统中的插入环节-测力传感器和柔性基础的动态特性对动态力测量精度的影响规律,给出了提高测量精度的频率界限。

Abstract:In view of the dynamic machinery mounted on the multistory factory plant,the machine,the dynamometer and the mounting structure are considered as a whole system in the modelling for the dynamic test system.The effects of the dynamometer and its mounting structure or the machine foundation on the accuracy of the dynmaic force measurement are examined on the basis of the coupling of substructures.More importantly,the frequency conditions at which the readings from the transducer will exactly bring out the actual force is presented.
