摘    要:介绍了微泡沫钻井液发泡剂和稳泡剂的室内研究和优选,评价了微泡沫钻井液的稳定性、抗温性、抗污染性以及密度可调性。哈345X井现场应用结果表明,微泡沫钻井液具有性能稳定、密度低、携砂性好、泥浆泵上水正常等特点,防止了井漏的发生,储层压力系数仅为0.68,产油量是邻井哈343井的5.7倍,取得了很好的保护油层效果。

Abstract:This paper describes the laboratory study on the foaming agent and foam-stabilizing agent used for micro-foam drilling fluid and their optimization. The stability, temperature tolerance, contamination resistance and density adjustability of the micro-foam drilling fluid are further evaluated. Field using in well Ha345x shows its advantages on its stability, low density, and good cuttings transportation, etc, and lost circulation is avoided. The formation protection result is remarkable, and its reservoir pressure factor is only 0.68, while the production rate is 5.7 times comparing to the offset well Ha343.
