2-三氟甲基-4,4′-二氨基二苯甲醚的合成及表征

摘    要:以2-三氟甲基-4,4′-二硝基二苯甲醚为原料,水合肼为还原剂,Pd/C为催化剂,异丙醇为溶剂,经还原反应合成了2-三氟甲基-4.4′-二氨基二苯甲醚。最佳反应条件为:反应时间3 h.反应温度83℃,Pd/Cw (Pd)=10%]0.3 g,水合肼用量5.5 mL,异丙醇用量45 mL,产物收率为88.4%,用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱及元素分析对产物进行了表征。

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF 2-TRIFLUOROMETHYL-4,4′-DIAMINODIPHENYLETHER
Abstract:Using hydrazine hydrate as reductant,Pd/C as catalyst and isopropanoi as solvent,2-triflu- oromethyl-4,4′-diaminodiphenylether was synthesized with 2-trifluoromethyl-4,4′-dinitrodiphenyle- ther.Effects of reaction time,reaction temperature and amounts of Pd/C,hydrazine hydrate and iso- propanol were investigated.The optimum conditions were obtained as follows,reaction time 3 h,re- action temperature 83℃,amounts of Pd/C,hydrazine hydrate and isopropanol were 0.3 g,5.5 mL and 45 mL,respectively.Under these conditions,the yield of the product was 88.4%.Structure of the product was confirmed by IR,~1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis.
