摘    要:本文采用二维相场模型模拟固相陶瓷烧结后期,晶粒和气孔耦合生长演化过程。以连续变化的组分参量和长程序参量(LRO)表征微观烧结体的组分相和晶相扩散拓扑结构,由Cahn-Hillard(CH)方程和Ginzburg-Laudau(TDGL)方程分别控制组分场和取向场时间相关的扩散演化,并且利用半隐傅立叶频域法高效地模拟了烧结后期晶粒和气孔拓扑形貌的扩散演化,并且利用半隐傅立叶频域法高效地模拟了烧结后晶粒和气孔拓扑形貌的演化过程和统计分析生长参数,并通过与完全致密体晶粒生长速率比较,量化分析残余气孔对昌粒生长的影响。

Abstract:The topological evolution of coupled pore and grain growth during final stage sintering based on a 2-D continuum diffusion-interface field model is studied. The microstructure is described by a continuous component field and long-range order (LRO) parameters identifying the crystallographic orientation of grains. The evolution of the component is groverned by Chan-Hilliard equation, while the orientation field by the time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau equation (TDGL). The nonlinear dynamic equations are solved efficiently by a semi-implicit Fourior-Spectral method, providing detailed microstructure information about evolution process of coupled pore and grain growth. The velocities of grain without pore and with pore are quantitatively compared. Furthermore, the simulating growth exponent are calculated and consistent with the growth kinetics.
