基于CFX的冲击射流影响因素模拟研究

摘    要:冲击射流是低刚度零件加工中的新技术。利用ANSYS Workbench环境下的CFX模块对冲击射流实验进行了模拟研究,并用数学软件SAS对数据进行了方差分析,得出了影响低刚度零件表面压强的主次因素。结果表明,在低压连续射流的工作条件下,对低刚度零件表面压强的影响因素的主次顺序依次为:出口直径、喷射距离、进口压强、喷射仰角。

Abstract:Impinging jet is a new technology in low rigidity parts processing. It simulates the research of impinging jet under the ANSYS Workbench environment which provides a CFX module, and analyze the data by analysis of variance with SAS. The primary and secondary factors influencing pressure of low rigidity parts were ascertained. Simulation results show that the primary and secondary factors influencing pressure of low rigidity parts are,in order, the diameter of the outlet ,jet distance, the pressure of the inlet and the jet elevation under the condition of continuous jet of low pressure.
