| 摘 要： | 通过对高精度薄壁套筒类零件车削工艺的研究,验证了控制薄壁套筒零件车削变形工艺措施的有效性。确立了一套满足薄壁套筒零件加工精度要求的车削工艺方案,解决了薄壁套筒类零件加工变形的工艺瓶颈问题,提高并稳定了零件的加工合格率,降低了制造成本,提高了生产效率。

| Abstract: | Through the study of the high - precision thin - wall sleeve parts turning process, verification measures for control of thin - walled sleeve component deformation process is effective, establish a set of thin wall socket parts processing precision requirements of the cutting process, solve the machining deformation of thin - walled sleeve parts process bottle- necks, Improve and stabilize the processing of parts qualified rate, r educes the manufacturing cost,geatly improving the pro- duction efficiency. |
