| 摘 要： | 为了解雷达站官兵的心理健康状况及心理健康状况与应对方式的关系,采用90项症状自评量表和应对方式问卷对某部7个雷达站169名官兵进行测试,并与军人常模和地方常模进行了对比分析.研究表明,雷达兵心理健康状况水平高于军人常模,应激事件下多采取成熟型的应对方式,这有利于雷达兵心理健康稳定的维护,有利于雷达兵完成各项任务与训练.对此提出了构建雷达兵心理教育训练体系的3点构想.

| Abstract: | To learn the relations between radar-site soldiers'mental health status and its coping style,169 soldiers from 7 radar stations of a certain troop were tested through self-evaluation list of 90 symptoms (symptom checklist 90,SCL-90) and coping style questionnaire,and the results were compared with the norm of servicemen and/or civilians.
