碱性蓄电池中镀镍的研究

摘    要:本文研究了碱性蓄电池中所用的镀镍钢带的孔隙率。在正极浸渍工艺过程中,孔隙率减少了3/4。在长期与碱液接触中,孔隙率亦减少。循环伏安图谱说明,在镍电极工作的电位区域,微孔中钢铁处于钝态,不会腐蚀。

Abstract:The porosity of the pierced steel ribbons with electroplated nickel coating of the alkaline accumulators had been studied. During impregnating processes of positive electrodes the porosity of nickel coating decreased by 3/4. In a long time contact with alkaline solution porosity was also decreased. Based on the cyclic voltameter it could be concluded that in the working potential reign of the nickel electrode steel under the micropores was in the passive state and could not corrode.
