摘    要:以啤酒糟为原料,对比分析了颗粒细度、浸提料液比、浸提温度三种因素对酒糟中木糖、海藻糖、多糖、RNA提取效果的影响,并借助响应面设计法优化出最佳技术参数。木糖浸提最佳参数为:颗粒细度100目、料液比40∶1、浸提温度90℃,得率为2.314%;海藻糖浸提最佳参数为:颗粒细度80目、料液比60∶1、浸提温度70℃,得率为12.74%;多糖浸提最佳参数为:颗粒细度100目、料液比60∶1、浸提温度80℃,得率为49.22%;RNA浸提最佳参数为:颗粒细度100目、料液比50∶1、浸提温度80℃,得率为9.108%。

Abstract:In order to develop the brewer spent grain,brewer spentgrain,xylose,trehalose,polysaccharide,RNA were used as the study object.Through the response surface experiment indicated finally the best technological parameters were: for xylose,comminution 100 mash,solid-liquid ratio 40∶1,soak spropose the temperature 90 ℃,obtain the yiedl of xylose 2.314%;for trehalose, comminution 80 mash,solid-liquid ratio 60∶1,soak spropose the temperature 70 ℃,obtain the yiedl of for trehalose 12.74%;for ploysaccharide,comminution 100 mash,solid-liquid ratio 60∶1,soak spropose the temperature 80 ℃,obtain the yiedl of ploysaccharide 49.22%;for RNA,comminution 100 mash,solid-liquid ratio 50∶1,soak spropose the temperature 80 ℃,obtain the yiedl of ploysaccharide 9.108%.
