改性酚醛泡沫材料的研究

摘    要:合成了可发性酚醛树脂,确定了酚醛泡沫的配方及其发泡工艺,并采用乙二醇对其进行改性;研究了乙二醇加入量对泡沫压缩强度,阻燃性及发泡工艺等的影响,此外,还对其增塑机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:In this paper, a kind of foamable phenolic resin is synthesized in the lab, the optimum formula and its processing parameters are presented. And effects of varied content of ethylene glycol on the compression strength, Oxygen Index and its processing are also discussed. Except that, the plasticization mechanism is concerned too.
