低毒脲醛树脂合成工艺条件的优化研究

摘    要:低毒环保型脲醛树脂合成过程中各项工艺条件是影响脲醛树脂性能的主要因素,根据脲醛树脂合成反应机理采用三次加料[尿素]、两次聚合的方法研究了加成、缩聚、出料不同阶段配料比、温度、pH、反应时同、添加剂的种类及数量等指标的优化。研究结果表明,在优化的工艺条件下产品脲醛树脂性能稳定,游离甲醛含量降到0.2%以下,满足GB/T14732-1993标准要求。

Abstract:The synthetic technology conditions of low toxic urea-formaldehyde resin is primary factor on thats performances. And it defined the molecular structure of urea-formaldehyde resin at addition and condensation reaction stage. In the paper the factor of F/U、pH、temperature、reaction time、addtive and quantity are studied. Research results showed that these conditions maked free formaldehyde less 0.2% in pro ductes and meet the standard of GB/T 14732-1993.
