| 摘 要： | 建筑工程屋面的渗漏问题常常是困扰房屋维修部门的难题之一,也是影响工程质量和房屋部门安全生产的重要隐患,同时造成能源的极大浪费和经济损失,影响人民的安全和健康,而造成屋面渗漏的主要原因是建筑防水卷材的质量不达标。鉴于此,本文结合产品特点和行业发展状况,重点分析了新疆建筑防水卷材整体质量状况、使用现状、相关监管政策。

| Abstract: | the construction of roof leakage problems often is one of the problem in building maintenance department,also affect the engineering quality and building department of work safety hidden trouble,at the same time,cause waste of energy and economic losses,affecting the safety and health of the people,and the main cause of roof leakage is the quality of building waterproofing materials is below standard.In view of this,combined with the characteristics and development status of industry,this paper analyzed the overall quality of building waterproofing materials status,the situation of use and related regulatory policies. |
