摘    要:混合型有源滤波器能否按其工作原理实现预期的谐波抑制效果,在很大程度上还依赖于有源滤波器的可靠工作。针对实际工程项目中出现的问题,该文重点研究了新型注入式混合有源滤波器的"死区"效应、开关器件电压降、直流侧电压稳定和开关谐波抑制。分析了问题产生的原因及对系统的影响,并提出了相关的解决方法。仿真和实验结果均验证了该文理论分析的正确性和解决方案的有效性。相关分析方法和结论可为其它类型的混合型有源滤波器的工程应用提供借鉴。

Abstract:Whether the hybrid type active power filters could or not get desirable harmonic eliminating effects, it mainly depends on the effective function of active power filters. This paper discussed the nonlinear reason existing in voltage source inverter which could be concluded as dead-time, voltage drop on the switching devices, DC-side ripple voltage and high frequency burr deteriorating the output voltage of the inverter. To overcome the above mentioned shortcomings, a synthesis compensation technology is proposed which verified by related simulations and experiments. The method for theoretical analysis and relative conclusions can be used as references for another type hybrid active power filters in application.
