| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了机泵油雾润滑的基本原理,并通过该系统在南充炼油厂重油催化裂化装置机泵群上的实际应用情况进行了研究。结果表明:使用油雾润滑系统的轴承润滑状况得到明显改善,机泵维修周期变长,保障了装置长周期的安全运行,取得了较好经济效益。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the basic principles of pump oil mist lubrication firstly,and research on practical application of the pump oil mist lubrication system was carried out in heavy oil catalytic cracking units of Nanchong Refinery.The results showed that the lubrication of bearing using oil mist lubrication system improved significantly,the maintenance cycle of pump become longer,the device could be operated safely for a long period.It achieved good economic benefit. |
