石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫浆液泵改造

摘    要:石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统浆液泵普遍存在磨损严重的问题。介绍国华粤电台山发电有限公司(国华台电)1号、2号机组进口脱硫浆液泵的设计选型、磨损情况及磨损原因分析,提出其国产化改造的依据及措施,即过流件采用GGH-36不锈钢合金,合理设计转速,加厚前护板、后护板、涡壳护套、叶轮等,采用双泵壳设计,定期更换内泵壳过流件。改造后,机组经济性明显提高,系统运行稳定。
