| 摘 要： | 论述了在科技成果评估专家系统中引进评估决策支持的必要性，提出了科技成果评估决策支持系统的总体框架。考虑到评估方案制定过程的复杂性而采用专家参与评估的方法，同时对决策支持系统中较为成熟的传统决策支持方法进行了改进。结合初步实现的科技成果评估论证决策支持系统给出了典型步骤和相关评估算法。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the necessity of applying DSS methods in the Expert System of Evaluating Research Products;puts forward the overall frame for setting up DSS of Evaluating Research Products.Considering the complexity of assessing scheme formulation process,it adopts the method of inviting experts to participate the work,at the same time improves comparatively the ripe traditional decision support method in DSS.Combining with the science and technology achievement realized preliminarily in DSS,it provides the typical step and relevant assesses algorithms. |
