| 摘 要： | 介绍了3TB40交流接触器辅助触头可靠性试验的方法和试验监测结果.对该产品进行了失效分析,给出了可靠性的特征指标.找出了影响产品可靠性指标的主要因素,分析了失效机理,为接触器的可靠性设计提供参考.

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the method and monitoring result of reliability test research on auxiliary contact of 3TB40 AC contactor. It also presents failure analysis of the product and reliability characteristic index. And then it analyzes the main influential factor to the reliability index of the product and failure mechanism.The paper is a good reference to the reliability design of contactor. |
