PET纤维表面化学镀镍工艺及其性能研究

摘    要:在超声波作用下对涤纶(PET)纤维表面进行预处理,并对化学镀镍工艺进行了实验研究,确定了最佳的工艺参数,讨论了镀液成分和工艺条件对镀层沉积速度的影响.实验表明,该实验条件下在PET纤维表面化学镀镍可以得到理想的镍镀层,镀镍纤维具有良好的耐热性和导电性.

Abstract:The technology of electroless Ni plating on PET fiber, which has been pretreated by ultrasonic, was studied, and the optimum technological process was investigated. The factors of the compositions and technological conditions on the deposition rate were discussed. The results show that a good electroless Nickal plating coating can be got under the experiment condition, and the fibers of electroless nickel have a good heat-resistant and electrical conductivity.
