| 摘 要： | 图像检测技术可应用于零件微小间隙的测量.本文依据远心光学成像,将被测零件单元光学成像至面阵CCD相机靶面,对图像进行去滤波除噪、图像增强,将Sobel运算应用于基于梯度算法的图像边缘检测,并用修正实测标定系数的方法提高实测精度,能够胜任生产中不同环境下的微间隙测量.实验结果表明,测量精度为6μm,基本满足自动影像测量稳...
