| 摘 要： | 依托苏通长江公路大桥钢箱梁制造项目,针对U形肋高强螺栓孔钻制精度、顶板单元制作精度以及顶板单元安装位置精度控制等问题进行了系统的研究.通过工程实践,确定一系列焊接变形量补偿技术,设计制作一系列工装胎具,有效控制板单元外形尺寸精度和U形肋高强螺栓孔位置精度;研究出一整套非常准确、便捷的顶板定位精确控制方法,从而确保钢箱梁...
