后张拉预应力成型鞍形网壳分析

摘    要:对某一后张拉预应力成型鞍形网壳模型的成型过程进行非线性有限元计算,建模时,考虑了几何非线性和材料非线性,"管一管"接触算法应用于梁、杆单元组成的结构模型中,使用连接件模拟了上弦杆搭接螺栓连接以及腹杆的鸭嘴端螺栓连接.结果表明:与前人的建模和分析方法相比,成型预测精度大幅度提高;在杆件应力及内力分布趋势上,有限元结果与试...

Abstract:Nonlinear finite element analysis was carried out in shape formation of a post-tentioned and formed hyperbolic paraboloid latticed shell model.Considering both geometry and material nonlinearity,new FEM refering tube to tube contact based on beam and truss elements,was employed.Connector elements were used to simulate the bolt connection of the top joint,and the end of web.The result showed that new method was relatively much more accurate than the previous ways for the shaped size,and the theoretical value...
