| Abstract: | A digital data acquisition system is designed and implemented based on Xilinx Spartan-3 FPGA(Field programmable gate arrays) chip.In this system,a DDS(Direct digital synthesizer) parameterized in FPGA,together with the external D/A chip and other circuits,produces excitation signals.An embedded MCU is employed to control multiplexer,PGA gain and transfer data with host PC.High speed A/D and digital phase sensitive demodulator(PSD) are both implemented with hard wire logics.This system has flexible structure... |
