波形整形器在火工品高过载试验中的应用

摘    要:改进了传统的霍普金森压杆(Hopkinson)技术,采用输入波形整形技术,使加载波形更能满足火工品实际加载环境的需要,从试验得出使用整形器最大的特点是可以获得比较光滑的入射波,降低波的弥散效应,可消除高频振荡,明显改善加载波的质量, 有较长的上升前沿时间,并且可以获得更接近常应变率的动态加载条件.同时,根据理论预估模型对不同形状的紫铜整形器进行计算,与试验结果对比表明,该预估方法可行.

Abstract:The conventional SHPB technique is improved by using a pulse shaper, so that it is more close to actual loading. The Hopkinson test with pulse shaper can modify obviously the loading wave, and obtain a loading condition of a near constant strain rate by getting a slippery incident wave and decreasing the effect of the wave dispersion to eliminate high-frequency surge. The rising time of the wave is also effectively expanded as compared with those in traditional SHPB. Moreover, based on theoretic prediction estimation model, the calculation for different shape of copper pulse shaper is carried out. The estimation model is proved feasible by comparing with test result.
