Implementation of High Current Detection System of Air Circuit Breaker Based on PLC

With PLC,industrial computer and sensor as the core,the original manual and singlephase detection method of overcurrent protection of circuit breaker was replaced by high current automatic detection system of three-phase circuit breaker,with the functions of automatic current regulation detection and automatic clamping.Therefore,the test accuracy of overcurrent protection function was ensured,and man-made errors were reduced,which greatly improved the production efficiency.
