水口水电站引水钢管垫层的设计

摘    要:水口水电站引水钢管为大直径引水钢管,由于基下弯段及水平段上覆混凝土厚度较薄,不能满足应力要求,为此,设置了ZX型PS泡沫板垫层,从而有效地发挥了钢管承受内水压力的作用,改善了管周混凝土的受力状态。计算分析,模型试验及施工实践表明这一技术的采用是成功的。

Abstract:The concrete over the downward bending section and over the horizontal section of the large diameter penstocks at the Shuikou project is too thin to meet the necessary stress condition. To solve this problem a bedding of Type ZX PS foam plate is provided, and the penstocks are able to stand the inner pressure and the stress condition of the concrete around the penstocks is quite improved. The analysis from computation and the model test as well as the construction practice show that the technique adopted is satisfactory.
