摘    要:为了帮助食品企业从质量经营中得益,从流程再造是现代食品企业质量管理的要求、ISO9000系列标准在食品企业质量经营中的特性和用ISO9000系列标准再造质量经营的四项原则和方法等几方面分析了以ISO9000系列标准为基础平台对质量经营的核心要素进行整合与再造,可使食品企业的质量经营体系卓越有效,以达到增强食品企业核心竞争力。

Abstract:In order to assist the food enterprise to benefit from the quality management, this paper discusses something about ISO 9000 series standard and the quality management of food enterprise, such as the features of ISO 9000 series standard,its four principles and specific means. Process reengineering is considered as the requirement for the quality management of modem food enterprises. It points out that the reengineering of quality management based on the IS0 9000 series standard will benefit the quality management system and enhance the essential competitiveness of food enterprise.
