| 摘 要： | 大兴安岭地税局综合楼为底部框架砖房。应用预应力托梁转换技术满足了底部大空间的功能要求;通过合理设置一定数量的钢筋混凝土抗震横墙,避免了底层和其相邻层刚度相差过大的问题,为同类工程的设计提供了参考。

| Abstract: | Regional revenut building is a masonry structure supported by concrete frame at the bottom story.To meet the requirement of a wide space at the bottom story of the building,prestressed concrete joist transformation method is adopted.To avoid large difference in structure stiffness between bottom story and that upward,some aseismic R.C walls are built rationally at the bottom story.It can serve as reference for homogeneous building design. |
