摘    要:蕴藏于废旧家电、汽车、电线电缆、电子产品等材料中的可再生利用的金属、塑料、橡胶等“城市矿产”,因其品位高、开采成本低、能源消耗少等优点,具有巨大的开采利用潜力。但由于技术水平低、管理体系不完善等原因,目前“城市矿产”的开采利用过程产生了很多不可忽视的环境问题。对开采利用过程中产生污染的环节进行分析,提出可行的污染防控措施,对于“城市矿产”的合理、绿色开采,提高资源利用率,降低环境污染具有重要意义。

Abstract:Urban mine possesses a great potential in the exploitation and utilization owing to its high-grade, low cost to exploit and the low energy consumption. It usually refers to the renewable materials such as metal, plastic, rubber, and so on. These materials are often derived from the waste electrical appliances, waste automobiles, scrap wires and cables, and used electronics. At present, there are lots of environmental problems because of the poor technology and the deficient management in the development and utilization of urban mine. This paper investigated the generation and discharge nodes of pollutants in the development and utilization of urban mine. And then the effective prevention and control measures had been proposed. The results will be of great importance in the guidance of green mining, maximizing resource utilization and reducing environmental pollution.
