食品和包装机械的生态设计方法和关键技术

摘    要:欧盟EUP指令在全世界掀起一股巨大的绿色风暴,其核心理念是要求产品进行以节能为中心的生态设计。本文根据EUP生态设计要求及食品和包装机械的特点,将生态设计与食品和包装机械的卫生设计综合考虑,提出了由产品结构设计、建立生态档案、进行生态诊断、依据实施措施再评价、绿色成本分析组成的生态设计五步法,探讨了包括生命周期评价、原材料选用技术、结构设计技术、卫生设计技术、生产工艺设计、绿色成本分析等生态设计的关键技术。

Abstract:The EU EUP directive set off a huge green storm in the world, its core idea was the requirement of product ecological design for energy conservation center.In this paper, according to the EUP ecological design requirements and food and packaging machinery characteristics, ecological design and food and packaging machinery health design consideration, put forward by the product structure design, the establishment of ecological archives, ecological diagnosis, according to evaluation measures, green product into the analysis of the composition of the ecological design of five steps, including life periodic evaluation, selection of raw materials technology, structure design technology, health design technology, production process design, green cost analysis was the key technology of ecological design.
