船舶编队电磁频谱管理辅助决策模型研究

为提高船舶编队电磁频谱管理的准确性和快速性，提出了一种辅助决策模型.根据该模型，不确定场景下的电磁频谱管理辅助决策功能，可以通过电磁频谱管理范例的相似检索或确定场景下的频谱分配方案的优化来实现.仿真分析表明，辅助决策模型及其算法实现了辅助决策的效果.最后论证了辅助决策模型对提高船舶编队电磁频谱管理能力的作用.

Assistant decision model for vessel formation electromagnetic spectrum management

In this paper we propose an assistant decision model to improve the accuracy and efficiency of vessel formation electromagnetic spectrum management. Using the model, the spectrum manager can obtain the decision support dynamically, which can be realized by searching the similarity of spectrum management cases or optimizing the spectrum allocation scheme in an intended scenario. The simulation results show that the assistant decision functions can be achieved using the model and its algorithms. Finally, we prove the effectiveness of the assistant decision model in enhancing the capability of spectrum management for the vessel formation.
