文冠果主要功效成分研究进展

文冠果是我国特有的木本油料植物,文冠果油不仅可以作为高级食用油,同时还可以作为生物燃油。本文针对文冠果的主要成分及其功效进行综述,并进一步对文冠果中的文冠果油的成分、功效、应用状况及提取方法进行了论述。最后对文冠果及文冠果油在未来的开发和应用前景予以展望,以期为文冠果未来发展应用的科学研究提供参考。 

Research advance of main efficacy components of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge

Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge was unique woody oil plants in China,the Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil not only could be used as a senior cooking oil,but also could be used as the biofuel. In this paper the main ingredients and efficacy of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge were reviewed. The composition,efficacy,current application situation and extraction methods of the Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil also were discussed.Finally,the article predicted the development and application of the Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil in the future. This paper would provide certain reference for the scientific research of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge in the future.
