摘    要:本文用LHPG法生长了Ti:Al_2O_3单晶光纤,并探讨其生长规律。证明少量掺杂离子对宝石光纤生长规律影响不大。同时作者用自制的光纤吸收和荧光谱仪对Ti~(3+)离子在光纤拉制过程中的改价问题进行了研究。

Abstract:The growth of Ti:Al2O3 gingle erystal fiber by laser heated pedestal growth technique (LHPG)has been studied. The results show that light added impurity ions have almost no in-flnence on the growth of this fiber, with the spectrometric apparatus for absorption and emission of fibers made by our laboratory the valence state translation of Ti3+in the process of pulling have also been stndied.
