高速数字微波共面带线电磁互耦全波分析及模拟器

摘    要:报道了采用电磁场全波分析方法模拟高速数字微波共面带线传输线电磁互耦特性。共面带线传输线电磁互耦模拟器具有很好的交互式界面,能用于高速集成电路共面带经传输线的电磁场全波分析。

Abstract:A full wave simulator for the electromagnetic coupling of coplanar-type strip line in high speed digital microwave IC is described. It computes the elec-tromagnetic coupling between the IC coplanar-type strip line of arbitrary size in 3-D space and time domain by using the symmetrical condensed node TLM method and extracts their frequency characteristics via discrete Fourier transform. The Fourier spectrum is displayed on screen. It has been implemented on 486 8 M RAM micro-computer and can be used for the full wave analysis of CPS in high speed IC.
