| 摘 要： | 针对近来美军信息领域高频度出现的赛博空间这一名词,进行了词源分析,同时诠释了赛博空间及其作战的概念和内涵,辨析了赛博空间与计算机网络之间的关系,介绍了美军赛博空间力量建设的概况,阐明了美军赛博空间力量的发展方向,并联系我军实际,从5个方面阐述了美军赛博空间对我军信息化建设的启示。

| Abstract: | The new word, cyberspace, which appears frequently in information counterwork of American Force, is textually researched. The meaning of cyberspace and cyber-war are analyzed. The difference and relationship between cyber-war and computer network warfare are discussed. The general situation of American Force cyberspace power construction is introduced. The development direction of American Force cyberspace power construction is clarified. Contacted physically on five aspects, the revelations of our information-based construction are elaborated from the cyberspace of American Force. |
