| 摘 要： | 随着大量高新技术武器装备陆续配发部队,迫切需要地方保障力量以合同形式参与军队装备的维修保障工作。为了切实提高维修合同的实效性,推动军民融合式维修的健康发展,必须充分认识装备维修实行合同商保障的制度要求,高度重视实行合同商保障制度缺失可能带来的风险,坚持在不断完善相关制度的进程中推进装备维修合同商保障。

| Abstract: | A great deal of high technology equipment admeasured army, which needs civil power join the equipment maintenance support in contract form. In order to advance the practicability of ma- intenance contract, and drive the health development of civil-military integration maintenance, it must understand the request to practice contract guarantee support system in equipment maintenance, highly regard the risk of lacking system in practicing contract guarantee support, and persist in advancing equipment maintenance contract guarantee support in the course of perfect system. |
