| 摘 要： | 油浆泵在运行过程中,多次因机械密封失效而停泵紧急检修。分析运行工况对密封件寿命的影响,采取对策,对机械密封的结构和运行环境作了改进,降低了故障检修率,使该泵能长周期稳定运行。

| Abstract: | In the operation of the oil slurry pump,the pump had to be shut off several times because of the leakage occurred in the mechanical seal.After operating condition which influenced the life of mechanical seal was analyzed,the structure of the mechanical seal and operating environment were improved.In this way,the fault rate decreased and the pump can operate stably in a long time. |
