口环磨损对离心泵性能的影响及故障诊断研究

摘    要:为研究如何利用离心泵性能参数变化诊断离心泵叶轮口环磨损导致的泄漏量增加情况,对离心泵口环磨损泄漏量增加导致的装置工作点和离心泵性能参数变化规律进行了分析。分析研究结果表明,口环磨损泄漏量增加导致装置的体积流量减少和扬程降低;离心泵扬程降低,导致叶轮内通过的体积流量增加,离心泵功率变大;泄漏量增加,导致离心泵的效率降低。口环磨损故障案例分析结果表明,利用口环磨损泄漏量增加引起的性能参数变化规律进行离心泵口环磨损故障诊断是可行的。

Abstract:In order to study how to diagnose the increase of leakage due to ring wear of the impeller of centrifugal pump based on the change of the performance parameters of centrifugal pump in the device,the variation laws of plant working point parameters and centrifugal pump performance parameters caused by increasing wear leakage of centrifugal pump were analyzed.The results show that the increased leakage of centrifugal pump leads to lower flow rate and head of the plant,the flow rate in the impeller of centrifugal pump increases with the reduction of the working point head and the power of centrifugal pump increases,the efficiency of centrifugal pumps is reduced due to leakage.The change of pump performance parameters in case of ring wear failure proves that it is feasible to diagnose the ring wear of impeller of centrifugal pump by using the rule of the performance parameter changes caused by increased wear leakage.
